The Colony Farm Park Association (CFPA) was formed in 1997 and works in partnership with Metro Vancouver Parks to manage Colony Farm Regional Park in a manner that respects the environment, the wishes of the general community and the principles of the area’s land use plan which recognizes wildlife values, passive recreation, and agriculture.
Open fields, hedgerows and wetlands provide habitat for more than 200 bird species as well as other animal species in this regional park. Trails for both walkers and cyclists showcase great views of river, fields and mountains. You’ll find picnic tables and washrooms near the community gardens.
